Covenant is led by Everett Young, an Eagle Scout, United States military veteran, licensed Indiana real estate broker, and lifelong resident of the Connersville community. After years of service — first to his country, then to families through his work in youth services — Everett founded Covenant with a clear purpose: to bring integrity, accountability, and genuine care to property management in Fayette County and the surrounding area.
